Dr. James Light was born and raised in the suburbs of Massachusetts and Maine, with family spread across New England. Dr. Light enjoys singing and is a participant in local choirs and choruses. He is an avid skier, traveler and hiker, and he loves taking his Canon into the wilderness to photograph the wilderness and its denizens.
Dr. Light also loves watching and laughing at bad B-movies (think: Mystery Science Theater 3000) and has a large collection of iron-on patches from his travels through our great National Parks.
